- You shouldn't have to do a low level format on the drive but need to
- boot your system and then do a dos format of the drive after setting
- all the partitions up the way you want form HDtools. then you need to
- restore the files and it should boot... I've used all forts of 1 gig
- drives from Segate, Maxtor, Fujitsu, and Conner with no problem.
