  21. You shouldn't have to do a low level format on the drive but need to
  22. boot your system and then do a dos format of the drive after setting
  23. all the partitions up the way you want form HDtools. then you need to
  24. restore the files and it should boot... I've used all forts of 1 gig
  25. drives from Segate, Maxtor, Fujitsu, and Conner with no problem.
